The Association of Asians in Aviation (AAA) is a national initiative dedicated to uplifting Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) professionals across all sectors of the aviation industry. AAA champions greater representation, connection, and equity—from the concourse to the boardroom.

Our cohort works to dismantle systemic barriers, advocate for inclusive policies, and foster a supportive community where AANHPI voices are heard, celebrated, and empowered. Through mentorship, networking, education, and cultural awareness, we are building a future where AANHPI individuals can thrive and lead.
